I’ve never been to a sandwich shop that works as behind as this Cousins. Online orders are perpetually late, often wrong. I got a call while standing in the store waiting for my sandwich (already 10 minutes late) that the meat wasn’t available. Honestly will probably just stop eating here. Bummer y’all!
I have been to the new Sun Prairie location a few times. Subs are good. Had a little language barrier issue the last time I was there. Manager recognized it and handled the previous customers order and our order. Other person may have been a trainee? I will be back.
Don't go unless you have a lot of time to wait. I mean a lot of time. Took 25 minutes to get 2 subs and cheese curds. Almost asked for a refund and left. Wasn't even that busy
