Ordered a veggie sandwich with cheese sauce. Got bread and cheese! Called to complain and no one answered after letting it ring for 3min
Used website for pick up. Set the time and it was ready when I arrived. Great Subs and Service.
The subs were good! Everyone I came here with had no complaints. The dining area was clean as well.
I went to cousins after work ordered my daughter a kids meal and a soup. I get all the way home and the sandwich is not in the kids meal. I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang and rang. I go back up there. They made me wait back in the drive-thru line. Then when I said I wanted a full refund, the manager put his hand in my face and told me to calm down worse experience I've ever had. If you go to cousins, check your order
Bought 5 piece tenders for 10 bucks... they were old... no answer on phoneline after 5mins of waiting... subs were edible but I think other sub places have better bread.... fries cold... curds soggy... all in all... I cant keep wasting money here.
