ordered an Italian sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. There is nothing on the sandwich. it is disgusting, do better
worst Cousins location. Ordered the Italian sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, oregano etc. Came without anything, fries were cold. the sandwich absolutely disgusting. never coming to this location again
Placed an order for pick up at 12 noon today 2/28/25 Arrived 5 min early, 2 mi. Drive home ,frys were ice cold and not eatable. Chx Cheddar deluxe was to be cold and sub was hot ,my mint shake was basically melted to water..This is not acceptable! Threw most of this Gross lunch out, frys, and shake and choked down half the sub and threw the reminder out! Train your employees better to read the ticket correctly
Cousins Subs is a staple. My review is about Jon and the crew here. Great customer service. Very friendly, checked on us a few times. Made sure things were as they should be. Much appreciated!
