Pleasant staff. Food at reasonable price.
I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up at the time I requested, they hadn't even started on the order. Three other people waiting had the same problem. The employees were too busy yelling at each other about an incorrect order to make subs. Then when I finally got my order it was also incorrect!!!
Called to ask if I could order a 12 piece sandwich box. When the girl handed the phone to someone else he said it had to be for the next day. I then asked if I could get two 15" and that was fine. (it's the same amount of sandwich) When I asked why when I got there the young lady told me she didn't know why it was the other guys decision. (she was very kind and professional) I ordered roughly the same amount of food. (Which did end up being cheaper) But I then had to cut them myself to serve which is not a big deal. This restaurant is a staple in the area. Sam is the best and the other workers are amazing too. Lots of love in that place. Real solid!
