This place is near my house and when I worked nights, I would stop in several times a week to get a "to go" sub for my dinner. Over the last several years, I have cut that down to maybe once a month. This is mostly due to mistakes on my orders(how do you screw up a cheesesteak) and due to the lousy attitudes and service by the ever changing staff. I believe this owner also runs the HWY 31 Cousins by the mall. I just got tired of spending nearly $20 for a sub that's not made to my order.
Just fyi, don’t go to this cousins if you’re in Racine, go to the one on Green Bay by regency. This cousins over here on douglass is on some shady stuff. My cheese curds were absolutely disgusting, tasted like they fried them the day before and put them back in the fridge and dropped them in oil again to serve to me. So disappointing, I usually order from regency cousins and always get them fresh and delicious. The food was okay . We ordered the day before and paid. The next day when we went to go get our order who received a call saying it wouldn't be ready yet. Took 25 more minutes then what it was supposed to. Made us late for our picnic group. The subs did not Taste as good as we remember them tasting 2 years ago. All in all we rated a three but we were disappointed. May or may not be back
