The service was terrible. first the girls who was taking my order couldn't get the cash register to work. then a really crabby and unpleasant girls cam over and tried to tell her how to do it. It still didn't work so the crabby girls snatch the card that opens the register out of the other girls hands and proceeded to open the machine and place the order. She got it wrong. Horrible service, not fast enough!! I'm disappointed! There's like four people behind me and I been waiting for 15 min.

On 1/23/2016 I went to Cousins around 11:30am the young lady that server me was so rude that if I had not already paid I would have left. She didn't listen to my order, threw food in my bag and acted like she was annoyed that I was even ordering. I purchase your subs when ever I'm in town but to experience this kind of service is unacceptable. D.Lacy
Needs better selections on menu
I went here on 10-4-13,and my sub was great.The customer service was outstanding.
Placed good sized order for pick up order for business meeting only 45 minutes before I needed it. Service was great. When I arrived the order was ready & exactly what I requested. I will go back again.
I'll give you a higher rating when you start accepting your own coupons!!! Your particular store advertises on the YP app.....its a coupon you must show the cashier. there is no capable way to print it, yet you keep telling us to print it or you won't accept them. If your going to advertise your coupons and don't understand how they are used....that is your problem.....not the customers. I'll come back again when you get your act together and accept the coupons YOU advertise!!!!
The store is clean with friendly staff. I like the idea they deliver, not many people know that in the near-by offices! Sandwiches are always a good size with plenty of ingredients making it a great meal! Keep up the good work!
