Manager is awesome and runs the place very efficiently. He remembers my whole families order every time. You really don’t get service like that anymore. Keep up the great work.
Went to this location for lunch and ordered a meatball sub. When I got my sandwich and picked it up a decent amount of water, not sauce, water dripped out of the sandwich and the meatballs were bland. Instead of posting here, I put in a complaint to bring it to there attention (wasn't upset or looking for a freebie). The manager then calls me and asks me what was wrong and as soon as I start to talk he starts talking over me and reads my complaint back to me and explains that they cook them in water.
