Haven't been to a cousin's in a long time. Stopped in yesterday and got multiple items. Service was fantastic. Food was so good. The lobby and bathroom were clean. Definitely will be back.
Order was not delivered to the location specified in the notes. Couldn’t find the delivery until 30 minutes past the time scheduled for delivery. No notification was sent to my phone saying food was delivered. The food was soggy, and the hot subs were cold. I ordered through the app and the manager I spoke with, Gabby, said there’s nothing they can do about it and to take it up with Door Dash even though I didn’t order through Door Dash. Poor customer service.

I LOVE THE cousins in Stoughton. The Girl that waited on me was so sweet. We got 3 different sandwiches an it was Delicious!!!! Fresh hot an Delicious!
