The team here really embodies the philosophy of Cousins Subs besides the customer service on point this is by far the best veggie cousins sub-sub I have had in years. It was like there was a jig inside my soul that was fueled by that delicious sandwich that I had. Whoever is managing this location definitely knows what they're doing because it was super clean as well

I'm really hoping that this location can improve it's processes and overall customer service. I know that Cousin's is capable of serving great food that's fresh and worth the extra $, but that hasn't been my experience at this store for the third time in a row. It may be a while before I am willing to spend $75 on subs for a family of four when there are lower prices options on town that provide fresh tasting for consistently. I went to Cousin's 5 minutes past closing time and they held the doors for me after I called them to ask if I could come in a little late to pick up a gift card for Father's Day. Unfortunately, their computer that processed the gift card didn't work as it automatically shut off its capabilities since it was after closing. However, the lady at the counter gave me a coupon for a free sub for my inconvenience! All is well now. I just went and got the gift card the next morning without any issues.
