Did not care for the service provided. Rude, lack of care when checking orders on who is receiving what. 2nd time this has happened, when trying to inform them, they get irate and act like it's no issue. Reason already for below 4 stars here
I recently visited this food place and had a terrible experience. The service was incredibly slow; I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order. To make matters worse, they charged me for an extra sandwich that I didn't order. When I finally got my food, it was missing several of the toppings that I specifically asked for. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The worst most dry tasting sandwiches we ever ate. Management didn't respond to my concerns
Picture shows 8 meatballs in the provolone and meatball bowl on Grub Hub for just under 11 bucks. Food arrived and there are 4 meatballs and one piece of cheese sliced into 4 pieces. I am dissatisfied as it's not what is advertised.
Pretty bad when subway is twice the size and way better. I would have been better off with a sandwich out of a vending machine
