Update 6/13/25 Again ordered chips and was given the wrong flavor. How can employees be that dumb? How can't you read a label. Sea salt and vinegar in no way resembles jalapeño. Update 8/19/23 Went through the drive through. Ordered two cheese steak subs, one with a large fries and one with chips. I then decided to ask for two bags of chips. Sub wasnt to bad. But store very clean
Did not care for the service provided. Rude, lack of care when checking orders on who is receiving what. 2nd time this has happened, when trying to inform them, they get irate and act like it's no issue. Reason already for below 4 stars here
I recently visited this food place and had a terrible experience. The service was incredibly slow; I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order. To make matters worse, they charged me for an extra sandwich that I didn't order. When I finally got my food, it was missing several of the toppings that I specifically asked for. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The worst most dry tasting sandwiches we ever ate. Management didn't respond to my concerns
