If you’re looking for the diamond in the rough dealership that doesn’t act like all the other dealerships this isn’t it. A lot of verbal promises that they don’t put in writing. That’s actually smart on their part because it makes it harder to report them as a fraudulent business to the Colorado Secretary of State. We just bought a new travel trailer here, and Tony Bova, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He seemed genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with our purchase, didn't feel pressured into buying extras we don't need, and that everything went smoothly that day and on into the future. Honestly, we were probably buying the cheapest RV on the lot, so being treated like an appreciated customer even with that meant a lot. And he let me keep the really good pen I used to sign all the paperwork ;)
This place is a joke. I bought a new camper and it has spent more time in their shop than camping. I’m two years in and still waiting on warranty stuff to “be approved” that was promised at purchase. In my time dealing with them I’ve seen 3 general managers and I can’t even count how many service people. Very unhappy and unfortunately corporate doesn’t care either. Save your self many headaches and go somewhere else
We had such a positive experience with Blue Compass. We bought our first RV, so we had a ton of questions. They were very informative, patient, and went above and beyond to support us in understanding how to use the camper. Teran, Tony, and Matt were amazing, and supported us at every step. I highly recommend Blue Compass and their team!
I previously gave a one star review (see below) after discovering the wrong batteries installed in our new Brinkley fifth wheel RV. After a series of phone calls, emails and visits to the Blue Compass RV dealership in Longmont, I'm am pleased to report a satisfactory conclusion to our problem.
