We had been on the hunt for a camper for our family. We’ve had experiences with brand new bumper pulls and fifth wheels, but were looking for something very specific. Within minutes of submitting an inquiry through the website, Maria reached out to us. Would give zero stars if I could. Paid them thousands of dollars to fix issues on my camper. Then put camper in storage for the off season, only to pull it out months later and find that nothing they supposedly fixed is working properly. Complete waste of my time, energy and money. Yes it’s my fault that I didn’t check everything before putting it in storage, but they are supposed to be the professionals! Avoid Blue Compass RV in Longmont at all costs! We bought a new Cherokee Grey Wolf travel trailer from them and when we brought it back to have warranty repairs done, they delayed as much as possible, gave every excuse imaginable and, on several occasions directly lied to us to avoid completing the repairs. We were forced to cancel all of our camping reservations for the summer because our trailer was sitting on their lot not being worked on.
