They broke my fence and left without telling me. When I reported it they came out and denied that they did it until I showed them video proof, now I haven't heard from them.
They may mow, blow & go your yard but your neighbors will hate you for using Cousins lawn. Cousins lawn crew will blow the trash from the property they are mowing onto your yard or your neighbors' yard. They won't pick up any trash. When a neighbor asks them to not blow trash from their customer's property onto their property they start blowing the trash onto other neighbors' properties. These guys don’t even deserve a star It should be more like a negative star times three. Ruben Alvarez is an extremely rude and disrespectful and dishonest person. They show up hours late overcharge you and when you question it they act like they’re the mafia of the lawn business. I’m not sure why anybody would ever hire This company being that they have nothing but negative reviews.
The worst lawn guys ever!!!! They killed so many of my plants literally killed these vines from the base!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Do not hire them. They are messy and don't care about your lawn at all.
Hung up 3 times rude break something never tell you don't hire if owned park they be fired immediately not dependable worse people ever hired here wait till Bush hog too mow
