Poor workmanship. Poor service. Builder has outsourced this company to conduct electrical works in our new house. I have frequently observed electricians attending the property for short periods before leaving. It appears that significant electrical items were missed during earlier stages of construction and are now being retrospectively installed after walls have already been plastered. This review pertains to the exceptional work completed by Mitch, who is a "Master Electrician" and a valuable asset to Cousins Electrics. He replaced my original, unsuitable internal HPM switchboard with a custom-made IP65 PROLEC enclosure (which I supplied), resulting in a safe and secure isolation board built to endure over time. Unreliable and poor communication. We Agreed on a day and time just for them to do a no show all day, no courtesy call after I took a day of work and lost pay. Rechedualled the following day for between 8 and 10 only to rock up at 1030. Again no courtesy call
