I've been using Cousins Electric for years. They have done all of our electrical work at our home and business for jobs both big and small. They are a small, family owned company- and we are always pleased with their work, responsiveness and pricing.
This company’s drivers are extremely reckless and have no regard for others on the road. One of their drivers nearly pushed me off the road and continued driving as if nothing happened. I took a picture the tag number (DT95FX) and tried to call the company several times to report it, but no one responded. After checking their reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. We hired them to wire our office. Everything was ok until we needed service on the a potential shorted box that kept tripping a breaker. After they called the first the. To schedule and we had to call back, we’ve left several voicemails and no response. When I got the owner on he was upset I called him because he was on vacation. I won’t use them again.
Chuck responded super fast to my text and able to give me a accurate quote. Next day John from his company came to install the outlet. Very professional and friendly. Would use them again for any electrical needs I may have.
Worst service. Called four times and no response.
