Another great experience at the Fort Frances office. Everyone was fabulous and provided great service. Dr Tom leads a great team. Once again I have to say Harvey was exceptional. My wife liked his pick for my glasses better than hers. Enough said!
It's ALWAYS an awesome customer experience at the Fort Frances FYI location. All of the staff is friendly and polite and they are a pleasure to deal with. And Harvey??? WOW! What an absolute PRO he is at his job! He is a HUGE asset to FYI! Keep up the great work!
I can't express how thankful I am for their kindness in helping me repair my son's eyeglasses. I initially thought they'd just glue them back together, but they went above and beyond. They carefully explained the repair process and asked for my permission to modify them to preserve the warranty. To my surprise, they replaced the arms with new ones!
