Ordered a pizza just to find out its doughy/undercooked.
Ordered two large pizzas one steak the other buffalo ranch chicken both normal hand crust. I’ve never experience a very bad condition of both look & taste. Pizza were thin crust & It was horrible. Both were burnt literally burnt. Called to tell them about it. They asked me to return the pizza that I received to get new one not them sending a new pizza or even refund me. I recommend you to stay away from here. They are bad & disgusting.

I have liked Cousin Vinny’s since it opened, but yesterday I was appalled that the way I was spoken to, and the disgusting quality of the pizza that was delivered to me. I called later in the day after my pizzas were delivered. I told the employee I would not even touch the deluxe that was sent. He spoke down to me like I was a child, would not do any kind of refund or send me another pizza. If you spent $50 on two pizzas, cheese sticks and a sandwich, how much would you appreciate that?
