Very disappointing customer service. We called ahead and were told no appointment was needed and that they close at 5 PM. When we arrived, the representative took a long time to acknowledge us, did not introduce himself after we introduced ourselves, and simply told us to walk through the homes on our own without offering any assistance. We bought a ADU out of Chico. The layout was by far superior than any other company we have seen. The disappointing part was when we actually receive the home the upgrades that we had paid for largely were either not done or done incorrectly, as well as poor workmanship and poor follow-through. There was a little to know follow up after delivery and I am still waiting almost 3 months later for things to be made right.
