We bought a ADU out of Chico. The layout was by far superior than any other company we have seen. The disappointing part was when we actually receive the home the upgrades that we had paid for largely were either not done or done incorrectly, as well as poor workmanship and poor follow-through. There was a little to know follow up after delivery and I am still waiting almost 3 months later for things to be made right.

We are looking for an ADU unit to put on my property for my elderly mom. A friend recommended we check out Cousin Gary's. We met with Rob today. He showed us all the units. We told him she was interested in one of the smallest models. He was so helpful and patient. My mom fell in love with one of the models. They have many floorplans and options available. The quality looks amazing. We love that they are local. We are planning to meet with him again next week. I highly recommend you go see Rob at Cousin Gary's!
