So I really liked the counselor there, she was very kind, at first. My oldest daughter who is 13 has been schooled at home virtually since kindergarten and was starting to have some anxiety problems. After a couple visits the counselor talked to me in private and said that my child acts more like her 10 year old daughter than her 14 year old daughter. Very rude.
Got no help what so ever in fact I felt 10x worse after going I don't recommend
This place is not helpful, we have taken our child with behavioral issues in for both counseling and crisis intake we really got no help at all, they simply took the child's statement as is and didn't even bother speaking to the person that has been raising her which to me indicates that they honestly do not care about helping with mental health issues. I guess if the child says they are fine then that's what we're going off of, no fact checking necessary let's just send them out the door. And we wonder why we have a mental ... read more
