I was referred to CBPT Lake Forest because of hip pain. I could not cross my right foot over my left leg to tie my shoe, because of pain in my hip and back, I couldn’t comfortably work around the house and I didn’t feel safe getting up on a ladder to do tree and hedge trimming.
