The upgrades that are being done to that apartment and others that the valor industries own the electrical work in them are not being done properly or inspected they are a fire hazard. The HVAC technicians are in violation of the EPA. Codes releasing refrigerant into the air and illegal sailing of pumped down units. If you value your loved one's life get them out of there and don't let him move in
