Do not rent here. I’ve lived at this property for 4 years and never had a single problem until the new leasing agent, Dena Martinez, showed up. Since then, this place has gone downhill fast!! She is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She constantly harasses tenants with texts and emails days before rent is even due, like we need to be treated like children. Courtyards on the park are amazing ! The apartment was exactly what I was looking for and everyone is so nice and friendly. Dena the property manager is amazing and so sweet she will do everything she can to help you! She’s very attentive and you can really tell she loves what she does !
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! 5 star reviews are being rewarded with rent credit/discounts DENA MARTINEZ, the property manager is entirely unprofessional, she ignored mine and my wife's pleas for pest control on numerous occasions, while we were desperately trying to get rid of a roach infestation. Dena will and has had resident cars towed in the front half moon driveway, but she parks there everyday. Before her, usually only older folks and handicapped people used it. I have lived here for sometime now and it used to be a great place, but ever since Dena Martinez took over as leasing agent, everything has deteriorated. We are constantly harassed with unnecessary texts and emails, unlike the respectful management we had before. The worst part is I have a recording of her entering my apartment without notice or permission. She kicked my dog, went into my bedroom, and even rummaged through my husband’s underwear drawer.
