I love this community- my apartment was clean with new appliances and we felt safe. Like safe enough to take walks at night
Im not going to say DON’T rent here, I would just say proceed with CAUTION! If I could give 0 stars I would. First thing first they tell you, your rent is one price but when time comes to pay rent it’s a couple 100’s more. Management is just rude and unprofessional. What you pay for is not what you get. The pics might look nice but all materials used in the apartment is very poor and cheap. I am writing to address a critical issue regarding parking availability in our complex. As a tenant with a work schedule that starts in the evening, I frequently return home to find no available parking spots, which forces residents, including myself, to double park.
