This place was the worse place I lived in so far, they raised the rent every year by 200. After some ppl moved in the place became roach infested . I recently moved out and they send me some bogus charges and fees of 300 dollars, I am furious.This place is just money hungry and out to robe you for every dollar you got. Please save yourself the headache and invest your money elsewhere.
I recently interacted with the leasing office at Courtyards on the park, and had a mixed experience. While the staff were not helpful at all. I was disappointed to find that they didn’t have adequate translations service, since the lady who spoke Spanish was on her lunch break, and was very rude as well on letting us know, we are very understanding and she could’ve asked us to patiently wait for her lunch break to end :/ would be beneficial if the office had more formal arrangements, & ensure that all residents, regardless o... read more
