Do not hesitate about having your loved one here. Kelly Beasley and her staff loves each resident like family. The care, love, and dignity that they provide is unmatched and I've had many experiences with places here in East Tennessee. Kelly and her staff expect nothing but the best from each other to ensure that the residents have EVERYTHING that they need and more. The care and attention to detail and concerns is truly unmatched.This place is amazing and warm and is a home away from home when needed most.
Very genuine staff that cares for the elders in their community. They go above and beyond to make families happy with the transition that can be a hard decision. Families are welcome to come and go to visit their loved ones and there is genuine care for everyone.
I got to visit my friend Jimena yesterday and got to spend about 2 hours with her. The facility is beautiful, I met several of the staff and they were so nice. I'm glad my friend has a beautiful place to live and is watched over so well. Thank Y'all for everything you do.
I am guessing the good reviews on this place are fake!! We continued to find my dad thirsty, hungry & dirty…I watched other residents struggle to eat, with no assistance. Very dirty conditions with workers running to clean up only when a visitor arrived. This process has been difficult for my family & I only wish someone had warned us. I am warning others now…find a different facility. The Courtyards does NOT care about their residents!
If you are considering moving your family member here, I urge you to read this. DON’T do it. I can count on one hand how many staff members who are great. The medicine has been distributed by someone other than the nurses. The activities are solely at the facility, they are never taken beyond the facility for activities.
