misinformation This>>>> is a BALD FACED LIE>>>I would like to reply to this by saying the the Courtyards HAS certainly had changes int he past 4 months. Changes have been made in staffing fromt eh bottom to the top. The Courtyards now has a team in place where coustomer service has been put to the forefront and everyone is held acountable for the care they are expected to deliver. Happy Daughter My mother has been at The Courtyards for a couple years now and we are very pleased with the changes we have seen recently. I visit with my mother often and the staff is always so nice and my mom expresses that she is very happy. We have friends in other facilities that dont have as much good to say as we do.. I feel like my mom is where she needs to be and that takes the stress off of me!
Horrible! Unless the Courtyards has changed in the last four months, it is a horrible place for your loved ones. It has the potential to be a great place, but I believe it may be a community that is more about the money than its elderly residents. I took my mother out of the community after finding several medical errors. I was worried about her safety. It may have changed, and I certainly hope that it has.
exellent place i think that this is a great home for eldrely folks,and fir children to work at this is a gret place for childredn to get a GREAT STAND OFF ON WORKING,CLEANING,HELPING,AND GETTING TO KNOW PEOPLE.
