Looking for a place to stay in Hyannis? The Courtyard Resort is right in the center of it all. In the late 80s the iconic Howard Johnson hotel was converted to the Courtyard Resort, a time share with 75 Units. Many of our units are available though resort exchange programs and rentals. All of the rooms were recently renovated and provide a kitchenette, sleep sofa in addition to full and queen beds, free Wi-Fi. and free onsite parking. This was my experience at the site We have stayed here last year convenient so we booked again for this week , July 28 we arrived I went in to check in she said just get your card and drivers license not one thing about a charge for $100 damage fee So I went get my husband of 35 years. He walked in the first thing the Chinese woman said you will have to know pay $100 I said that was not mentioned in booking nor did you say that when I came in the first time BUT HERE IS THE CATCH My husband had a suntan lol get it! This was a good hotel! great location, near tons of beaches, restaurants and shops. Good staff at front desk and the room was great, I stayed in the one with the kitchenette. Cleaned and had a lot of things to cook. Highly recommend.
Clean comfortable rooms with mini kitchen inside. Friendly service. Location is great with plenty of good food right by it. I forgot a bag and went back 2 days later to get it and they had it right behind they desk waiting for me.
Love this place. Location can't be beat to downtown hyannis.
