Today the CYR desk associate hung-up on my conversation and on-going CYR ownership error made by CYR with my 2 studio unit relinquishment with II (Interval International) After a dozen plus attempts to correct this error...CYR and II continue to shift the blame-game. This continues experience leaves me at square one.... I'm beyond displeased with the past n recent management style, desk receptionists sharp, abrupt and unprofessional approach to an owner of 35+ years. Great place to stay! Great location near many tourist attractions. Only drawback is that you can hear people in the other rooms during the quiet hours.
Everything is going well Pool hot tub clean wish the pool hours were 7am-10pm Front desk Tina very nice to work with and others also
It was fine until the next room was occupied or staff/ housekeeping was slamming doors, talking loud I could hear everything. The place is very nice and easy to get to, good location. Recommend it.
