Agree with all other reviews. Poor management and do not care for renters only the $$. Have a smoking issue in unit next to us and they said no way possible it could get in our unit. Yes it does and we are extremely allergic to smoke. Other unit says they do not smoke or they smoke in garage, patio. Either one is a flat out lie! Ridiculous and pathetic.
Their rent is fair. But if you own pets look someplace else. They charge the highest pet deposit I have ever seen. It's a 1,000 per pet. Non refundable. That is absolutely outrageous!!!!
Terrible communication and customer service! When I called the office in regards to having a payment issue after my mother’s passing, the lady actually hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back. Extremely rude. Looking at other reviews here, this seems to be a recurring problem.
Absolutely no management skills. Poor communication skills. I do not recommend anyone get an apartment or rental from here. They are unreasonable and unreliable.
