My family member was treated like an animal. Horrible filth in her room. Urine all over the floor. Feces in toilet paper all over the room. Filthy food covered clothing in her closet. Hoarding. Sharp tweezers, open mouthwash, toothpaste containers, tons of contraband that is not allowed in a memory care unit. Piss on the sheets and mattress cover. Bloody bandages on the floor. Kristie Haines, Director of Environmental Services, is a genius at solving personal problems, as well as efficiently planning for our future comforts (big issues). She took extra trouble to fix my plumbing problem herself when our maintenance staff had more than they could handle. She understood the problem and had tools in her pockets and rapidly fixed it! ALSO she ran the Environmental Services meeting last week with concern for residents' suggestions, explaining how issues are being addressed. So glad we are so well taken... read more
So many positive things about Courtyard ... starting with the helpful, knowledgeable staff! This is a lovely, urban, supportive environment. Residents are obviously comfortable and content! Options for apartments, services are outstanding. Courtyard at Mount Tabor left me feeling so safe and secure! These are difficult decisions, and without undue pressure Riley worked patiently with me! This review is a 'thank you'!
