I hate to say something negative because there are many good employees here but over the past 3 years the food service has been consistently terrible. Cold food, get ignored, no napkins or silverware at your table, broken waffle maker, small wavy edge plates, wait 45 minutes before getting your food, running out of items, running out of coffee, etc. I’ve seen residents sit and wait for service for 45 minutes before getting up and leaving. My mom moved into Courtyard last April and everything about this place is wonderful. It was a very tough transition from her home of 70 years to an apartment. From the tour in March until now everything about this place has been wonderful. The move-in went smoothly. A staff member gave me the name of a moving company that did an excellent job. My parent has lived in the community for the past 3 years. 2 years at Park (Assisted Living) and 1 year at Pavilion (Memory Care). I would like to clarify that the majority of med techs, caregivers and front desk staff have been wonderful. The leadership, however, has been in a constant state of flux, with Pavillion Memory Care going on its sixth director in just over one year.
