Wow where to start, curtains were badly stained and falling off the tracks, carpets are badly stained, room stinks, I opened windows, there were no fly screens, bathroom needs a damm good clean, bed was clean, kettle was filthy dirty inside, 1/2 used shampoo and used soap in shower, not at all a nice place to stay, pool was dirty slime green
Absolutely disgusting! Booked the deluxe room, if that’s the state you leave you DELUXE rooms I’d hate to see standard rooms! Dust everywhere all over books, table spa bath was filthy, slip mat in bath doesn’t get picked up when cleaned as there was dirt, hair etc under it. Hair and string left on floor in the bathroom. Shower needed some serious attention So did the pool and the piles and piles of rubbish left around outside
Room is a good size. Showed aging. Little dirty think the fan in bathroom has large amount of dust. Just needs to work on the little things
