Room was dirty mirror in hall has wipe marks all over it, window looks like someone splashed something before I stayed on it and it never got cleaned. Heater so loud hard to sleep and shower has no door, I know it was designed like that but horrible design makes for a cold shower. I would not recommend staying here

I recently had an issue that caused me to book a room in error. The Asst GM Adam was awesome. He took care of it right away. This is why I stay at Marriot properties.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week on a business trip. From a service perspective, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The most disappointing aspects were the housekeeping service and the reception staff’s response. Housekeeping was provided only on the first day, and even then, it didn’t seem like the bedsheets were changed. I could have accepted that. Everything about the hotel was great other than the front desk service. Often one person working and another standing around while there was a line of people waiting for help. The amount of time it took to help each person was ridiculous too. I went down to get a bottle of water and the whole ordeal took 30 minutes. Unacceptable.
