Booked this hotel through Booking.com almost 6 months before our arrival. When we arrived, we had to walk around and find someone to help us check in. Next, the employee at the front desk told us we did not have a reservation and that it was not their fault and that we needed to call Booking.com customer service. Booking.com confirmed we had a reservation, so we went back in to inform the front desk employee. Newer hotel with a great first impression. The rooms were nice, but unfortunately the HVAC was extremely loud to the point of not being able to tolerate the noise when air kicked on, and extremely dirty vents. Motion sensors must have been activated as the air would not kick on in the evening and it was 90+ degrees outside, which made it hard to sleep.
