I’m gonna be quite honest and to the point. This establishment has no business in the healthcare industry. The ownership is piss poor, cheap and treats its employees like dirt at best. The team is significantly understaffed in all departments and consistently cycling through people. You can tell the employees are over worked and exhausted from the lack of leadership and support. At some point the state will have to get involved to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its residents is the priority… not the money!
My Mom moved in a few days ago. Both the staff and the residents have been very welcoming. The place is fresh and bright and beautiful. Her own furniture fit nicely into her new apartment and it looks like "home". The staff have been attentive, capable and pleasant. The food is excellent and varied, and the chef listens to the residents about what they would like to see on the menu.
