ouble charged for deposit..total on receipt that was emailed to me didn’t match total taken from my bank. Called the manager the first day to get transferred to a voicemail. Called back the next day to a very rude lady that insisted my bank messed up charging $347 for a room after tax that was $297. I have been a Platinum Marriott member for over a decade, and I have never encountered any difficulties with the front desk until this week. I went to check in, and the front desk associate could not find my reservation. He said the manager would be there in a moment. 30 minutes later, the GM Michelle Sbai, showed up. It took her 10 more minutes to figure it out. She was rude and dismissive throughout the entire time. My stay was for 4 days.
