When I first moved in here things were great but now things are hard to live here now you the tenants have to pay for pest control and it's added to your rent and the stove I have it has been falling apart for years and no one will replace it

What terrible service from the new administrator! She has no tact when talking to people and is very rude. I understand she doesn't speak Spanish, but it's not fair for her to tell people to learn to speak Spanish. Doesn't my money work? I pay my rent every month without fail, and she gets annoyed when we ask for help making an online payment. She's very rude.
