Dr. Marks and his staff are AWESOME! I was terrified of my upcoming wisdom tooth extraction. During the first visit to set up an appointment for extraction Dr. Marks explained all details and very patiently answered all my questions. To eliminate the scary waiting time before the surgery, Dr. Marks asked me “Would you like to do it now?” I agreed and before I knew it the tooth was gone with only a local anastasia and absolutely no pain at all! I have had my multiple procedures with Dr. Marks. 3 molars removed. One implant completed and another implant in progress. He is a well-trained, skillful oral surgeon. He makes sure I am comfortable and well anesthetized. As he proceeds, he explains what I will hear or feel. He checks frequently to see if I have pain. He is warm, friendly and calm. I called this morning just to get information about costs for 4 wisdom teeth extraction. Elena answered the phone and seemed really put off because I wanted to have general cost and insurance coverage information. This took a few minutes to look up and she really seemed bothered to provide good customer service. This behavior let me to choose another surgeon in the area. Dr. Marks and his staff are wonderful. This was the second extraction in the last two years, it was done so quick I didn’t even know it happened! Moreover, he checks in with you continually during the process. Thanks Dr. Marks for making it seamless.
My experience with Dr Marks has been excellent from start to finish. Pleasant, professional staff, pleasing, relaxed office environment and best of all Dr Mark’s knowledgable expertise! Perfect results on both implants!
