I have been here for 3 years and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever worked at! Super clean homelike facility. Staff is friendly and the nurses are caring towards the tenants.
My dad was in Betty's garden from 2/23-9/23. At first things were great. Dad was not much work for staff. Staff was very receptive and "loved my dad". As time went on and dad's dementia was worse and became more work and once I brought in OSF Hospice to help care for dad in the facility, his care declined drastically. He was allowed to sit in very wet diapers to the point the chair he was in had standing urine on it. His glasses were lost for 5 days. Great staff...helpful and compassionate Lovely place, clean and spacious
I am a nurse here at Farmington courtyard estates, along with being the memory care coordinator. I have finally found my calling as a nurse. The facility is not only beautiful but also has a very home like environment. The staff and the tenants here are wonderful! The families are amazing and truly appreciate everything we do here. After working in skilled care for many years the calmness of the assisted living and being able to visit and enjoy the tenants is what I have always wanted.
