I moved in August 2025. I’m extremely happy with my apartment at Courtyard Cottage in Jacksonville, AR. It’s the best I have ever lived! Kristy, mgr, is super nice, friendly and fair! Scott, maintenance, is quick, dependable, professional and friendly . There’s not a better place to live in Arkansas! The tenants are friendly people!
Love living here! All my neighbors are so wonderful. The management and maintenance are amazing.
