Half shower doors, you have to steam up that bathroom before getting in and half of you will still be cold. Also what a safety and health hazard for water to be splashing all over the floor. I bet by summer, the mold will be on top of the tile if someone doesn’t slip and fall and get rid of that concept all together first. Check your shampoo and conditioner before showering! I had a very good time staying here. The room was very modern, just the right size for me to be comfortable, and I slept very well. The only thing is that the shower has no door so when you're taking a shower you feel cold since it doesn't trap the steam in. Also water might splash out if you aren't careful. Other than that the room met/exceeded expectations. Staff is very friendly and always greeted me. I enjoyed working with them.

First, they didn't honor our reservations. We had two rooms, but they only gave us one. Furthermore, they gave us the smallest of the two rooms. Six of us slept in a three-person room. The bathroom was dirty (with pubic hair). A terrible experience, a disaster. Very poor customer service, not recommended.

Location is great, room was good and staff is phenomenal. The Starbucks Bistro serves great food for a breakfast dining option. I just wish that when emergencies happen such as when the lights went out while I was there, that they'd have a blast text or email sent to the guests so that they are made aware, whether they are on the premises or not.
