Location and service was descent . But cleaning seems atrocious. My lotion was in the suite case and I was like why not use hotel's. Their lotion was used with hair and other stuff on it. Quite disgusting frankly for what you pay.

After a long day of work, I checked in and confirmed my room. However, I was told I had to move to a different hotel because they overbooked. It’s the worst excuse I’ve ever heard. My coworkers are being told their rooms are being cleaned at “midnight.” This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a large chain hotel. Many people will avoid booking with them because of this. I’ll also be avoiding other locations.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very close to the airport. Very good location. Nice staff

As someone who helps run a local tourism business, we’ve worked with this hotel for four years, and every year after the first has been a struggle. Getting a response from anyone has become nearly impossible. Group bookings routinely took months to confirm, even when we were sending American tourists their way with guaranteed business.
