Great service, came here for a meeting and staff was very courteous, clean rooms, great service.
Booked package (which costed extra) with Marriott app for incl late checkout, parking, $40 gift card… “Discover Winnipeg Staycation” Employee had no idea so I showed her on the app.. flat out said no to late checkout despite paying for it, which should have been 4pm. Asked to speak with manager and refused then later called and gave me until 1:30… useless for my son’s nap, which is why I booked the package. They had no gift card so gave cash and almost refused to have parking included, WHICH WAS ALL PAID FOR IN THE PACKAGE. ... read more
The Indian female front desk staff called a random taxi driver without my consent.
This is a very cozy airport — not too big, not too small. Everything is super clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I was also surprised by how many food spots there are here! The prices for souvenirs are quite reasonable, too. There’s also an extra rest area available, which is a nice touch. Honestly, I was really impressed with how tidy and well-organized everything is.
