I can confidently say that this is the worst Marriott I've ever had to deal with. If you're a business/government traveller or just appreciate flexibility with your booking, stay away from this hotel. The last time I tried to stay there I cancelled my reservation within the cancellation policy on the Bonvoy app. However, they still charged me $1400 since they apparently implemented their own secret cancellation policy because of the Grey Cup that they didn't tell anyone about. 2nd time mistakenly leaving item in my room and checking out, and each time it gets stolen. For such a big hotel you’d think their housekeepers would return to the “lost & found”. Aside this experience everything seems cool.

Visited for a business trip and had meetings on site. Meeting rooms were big and plenty of natural light. Food service was also good with fresh tasting dishes. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that I did not visit, but I did use some of the work space available in the lobby. Very well appointed and private enough to have a virtual meeting without disturbing anyone. Hotel room was typical for a Courtyard, same decor and furnishings than other new properties. Property was clean, helpful with accomodating shuttle service to the airport for an early flight!
