The staff and manager at this hotel ruin the Marriott Brand name; Kawal/Kamal the “manager” is so rude to customers; she never asks about people’s stay or if anyone needs anything all she cares about is $$$. This manager is a very rude person I’ve never ever ever had an experience like this with a manager ever!! I book this hotel because of the location/convenience but this manager makes people really feel unwelcomed.
This place is always ready to overcharge you when one of the airline screws up

I'm a proud lifetime Marriott Gold Member and when we visit Winnipeg for visiting or business we always stay at the Marriott Courtyard Winnipeg Airport location. The hotel is always clean, great service from all the staff and they are very accommodating and professional. This hotel offers nice size rooms, a huge Lounge area with a snack bar, free shuttle service to and from the airport and overnight parking. We are very proud Marriott Bon Voyage Members and fully support all Marriott hotels wherever we travel and stay.
