Excellent friendly staff , accommodations were wonderful . Clean spacious rooms .
Jan 1 I had free breakfast included in my stay package and the guy from front desk said their not serving breakfast because is Jan 1 but the restaurant is open.Jan 2 I come down the restaurant is open and I told the lady in front desk if their serving free breakfast she said is not free.i had to tell her to look for my reservation than she yes you had yesterday and today free breakfast.Mariott you're good but you're associates need higher standards
This Courtyard is ideally located near shopping, dining, and entertainment and has clean elegant suites. The property has amenities such as business area, bistro, cantina, gym, and swimming pool. The bistro boasts four spacious booths and ample two-party seating. Bar🍸is also available. This will definitely be my preferred spot whenever visiting or traveling through West Springfield, MA!
The room was clean. The bed was warn out leading to a restless night. I kept sinking into the warn out spot in the mattress. I went downstairs for a cup of coffee and couldn't find it so I asked where the it was. The front desk person pointed me in the right direction. I made a cup of coffee and was heading back to my room and then the same front desk rep asked how I would like to pay for it. Why would Marriott risk losing guests over a $2.66 cup of coffee?
