What a strange stay. A random amount of things that could go wrong all went wrong. The TV would not shut off, I couldn't connect to the WiFi, the sink drain was closed when my room was setup, the shower was set to jet when my room was setup, there's no hot water, my card key got deactivated after the first night ... I'm very patient so nothing ruined my stay here but geeze what a weird series of events lol
Oh man, I had such a fantastic experience here, Seth and Leonard I interacted with, and we’re just fantastic, room was really great, service was excellent
Facilities are great. Staff does NOT understand the word friendly. So easy to be customer sensitive, but they do not get it.
Often found in the east coast, these remodeled buildings don’t ever supply proper hot water to the upper rooms. Might be cost cutting with inadequate sized water heaters or undersized piping.
