I had a wonderful stay in Springfield. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a heated pool and a great fitness area that made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast service. We had one of the best cups of coffee, thanks to Sunday. She was warm, attentive, and took the time to ask about our plans, share local attractions, and of course, brew an excellent cup of coffee. Her hospitality truly enhanced our stay.
Went on Steubenville east trip with a group, this place was right by the MassMutual center so we were pretty close to the building. But, we stayed here due to the location, the quality wasn’t amazing. The rooms looked good, but we found yellow stains on the bed and a random Powerade appeared in the mini fridge. Hey, I’m not complaining about that though. The bathroom door was awful, people are left with a peephole to look in. Also, our AC was awful, when you turn it on, it turns itself off after 10 minutes.
