Khushi & Beatriz are world class customer service providers. They need a raise - stat. I was given a free upgrade upon asking (on a weekend!). Non refundable stay for 3 nights, had to be cut short by 1 night, Khushi made an exception and provided a partial refund bc of my kid’s health. Top notch stuff all around!
세탁실이 있어서 밀린빨래를 쉽게할수 있어서 좋았어요. 이 숙소를 오기전에 세탁실이있는지 리뷰가없어서 고민했는데 1층 수영장 옆에 있어서 저같은 고민을 하시는분들께 공유합니다 세탁4달러 건조4달러이구요 코인이 없을경우 데스크에서 교환해줍니다.
