We realized after checkout that my wife had lost a very sentimental piece of jewelry during our stay. Over the next two days, every staff member we spoke with was patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us. GM Amy Batista took our request seriously and went well beyond a standard lost-and-found check, even having their engineering team inspect places a normal search would never reach. Our room 431 was dirty, very dark in the bathroom, front door was hard to open and broken, toilet paper holder was broken, bathroom sink wouldn't drain well, beds were uncomfortable, & mini fridge didn't stay cold. Prior to making reservations at this Courtyard, we asked the front desk by the named of Marra if they allowed Rv trailers and said yes and to park anywhere just to not block but as soon as we made reservations and parked our Rv trailer we were given a parking violation for our van that was blocking the trailer so ... read more

The air conditioner did not blow cold air. No complimentry water. Bar extremely expensive.
