The staff was great and polite . But the hotel is very misleading . I came here because of the rooftop bar and lounge . It is closed and the website leads you to believe it’s still accessible very disappointing to say the least !
We stayed here hoping it was better than our other 3 choices. We were wrong. The lobby looks great, free parking, spacious. As we got to the room we were given a handicap room. Ok so maybe cause we were a party of 5. But we were only given 2 beds! Where does the 5th person sleep? There was no pull out or anything. We barely got lucky that there was an extra mattress they brought up. 2 lights didn't work. So they sent security to come and check it. He ended up replacing the light bulbs. Super expensive for what you get almost 400 a night for a very small room. No microwave. Sounded like the people above me were coming through the ceiling. The front desk said they would talk to them. It didn't help.
