Staff couldn't find a luggage stand in the whole hotel - maybe true, but no one called back to tell us during 3 days
Fine motel however very disappointed as we requested additional bedding for the sofa bed in our room on arrival at 1pm. We still hadn’t received it at 9pm when I requested again. 10pm the reception staff told me “housekeeping has gone home for the night and no one else knows where to find additional bedding, you’ll have to go without”. Ridiculous really. Would not recommend and will not be back. Also, no information booklet. No room service menu. No on site restaurant menu. No details around breakfast or anything.
