Ray Perez and his valet team were outstanding! We were traveling with a large family, and they helped us get situated quickly and professionally. When my wife forgot items in the vehicle, Ray handled it immediately without hesitation. He made us feel welcomed and consistently addressed us by our last name, which was a great personal touch. Even with a large crowd waiting, he and his team managed everything calmly and efficiently. Excellent service!
The worst hotel experience. Charged twice by front desk and covering up by saying it was because of a computer glitch. Poor customer service.Never again at this hotel. I would sway family and friends away from this hotel.
