Last May, I stayed here after a family member was displaced by tornado damage. When planning to be in town for a family reunion this year, I looked here first for a room because of the wonderful hospitality and welcoming staff I experienced last year. I do not remember everyone's individual names, I certainly remember their roles. The front desk manager and her team were exceptionally kind and accommodating. My husband and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and were overall very impressed. The location was best! We had multiple places to visit and eat because of it. Service was ELITE! Valet services were kind and helpful. Front desk was respectful and quick. The hotel has a fresh aroma, and rooms were great and spacious. My only delta was the bed was a little hard.
Great location for events. Rooms were clean and service was great. I did have some troubles with valet but the manager got back to and everything was corrected.
Centrally located to most of downtown. Staff very friendly. Shout out to DJ,at bar. Friendly and helpful.
