Great customer service! Rooms are roomy and clean! My only complaint is parking is limited where good lighting is. As a female traveler, you can never be too cautious and the back parking lot is not well lit.

Heartless - (Katrina the Hotel manager!!!) I am Multiple year titanium Bonvoy member! My father was Suddenly hospitalized On my mother’s 80th birthday and could not use the hotels that I originally had planned. Because of my dad Being hospitalized I had travel to a completely different state to stay with him in the hospital. The first room was nice, but the refrigerator was way too small. The bathroom shower floor was so slippery with only water that I actually fell with no hand rail in the shower. It was reported. I was immediately moved to an ADA room which only had a chair in it instead of the little love seat. It also had that teeny tiny refrigerator. The beds are so uncomfortable as if the mattress needs changing and the pillows are so uncomfortable that I had to go buy my own.
