Terrible customer service not only onsite at the hotel, but when calling customer service as well. No issues were resolved and staff does not even attempt to provide solutions to simple problems. I travel frequently for work and vacation. I will no longer do business with this hotel chain. Awful experience and a lot of money wasted.
Thieves!! The staff took clothes out of the drawers!!!! BE AWARE! Complained and nothing! Complained last night and today there was no record of it. Today asked to talk to management and Management says they were not responsible. Cleaning crew said we were in the room when they came to clean. We were NOT in the room. We were at soccer tournament both times they came to clean. Another soccer player had earrings stolen! Do not stay there!
