Quiet and nice and very close to the airport
If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Avoid it at all costs. The reservation itself was not the issue—I cancelled it myself after the way the situation was handled. I was scheduled to check in after surgery, and because I would be under heavy sedation, my caregiver, who was listed as the secondary guest on the reservation, was supposed to pick up the room keys for me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR PARK AND FLY PROGRAM!!!! We were gone for over a week and come back to our vehicle being broken into. Not one person from this facility cared enough to even call us and let us know while we were gone. To make things worse it had been raining for 2 days before we even returned! They take your money and could care less about customer service!! BE WARNED!!!
This hotel is definitely at the bottom of the Marriott Bonvoy chain. Location is not great, I would not leave even a box of Kleenex in your car as it would likely get stolen. Hotel is dated and musty…the staff were nice and the lobby bar / restaurant was quite good. But checked out after one night and changed hotels…would not stay again.
I stay at a lot of hotels this particular hotel is my favorite they always treat me so good here almost like I'm there and only guest don't get me wrong it is always full they have lots of guests the staff it's just always so kind. The rooms are always clean comfortable get a great night's sleep they have security in the parking lot I see you do not have to be up all night worrying about your vehicle getting vandalized or broken into so don't hesitate to book here I'm sure you will be pleased.
