Would have had 5 stars except that the coffee/bar/restaurant has no posted hours and no “closed” sign anywhere. So if you want a mocha at 10am, you just have to stand there like an idiot and hope that they decide they will serve you. The workers will walk right past you, go into and out of the kitchen, and ignore your “excuse me”. Just a simple CLOSED sign and clearly posted hours would have saved me 10 minutes of frustration. Even though I accidentally went to the wrong hotel location, my experience here was still excellent. I had a reservation at another nearby Courtyard by Marriott, and the front desk agent {She} kindly informed me of the mix-up and directed me to the correct property just a short distance away. The service was Professional, Courteous, and very Helpful. I truly appreciated the guidance and warm customer care, even though I wasn’t actually staying at this location.
Great location, close to freeway and within striking distance of many restaurants and shopping centers. Good service, which I'm expecting to get feom CY each time now
Rooms are comfortable and clean staff is amazing
