Small room only half updated
The check in was very quick and the guy who helped me was very nice. I feel bad because he was the only one working and it turned out the hotel sold out and the elevator went out. It was only 1 guy running the whole place so props to him. He helped me very quickly and was nice and answered my questions. Overall it was a good experience for me, they extended the courtesy to let me check out at 2PM which I appreciate!
Stayed here when I visited my family living nearby and Im shocked at the lack of professionalism and accountability from “manager” yalanda,,,, very cold woman!!I booked for very specific king room with balcony facing courtyard andi checked in AFTER 3PM giving plenty time to clean rooms but she placed my fiancé and I in a double queen room with no balcony,,,, no accommodations or apologies. “This is what is available” I did call the morning of to confirm my reservation with Shamira,,,, how does this happen??
