The staff was very nice but the hotel room wasn’t very well maintained. You can tell they might have done some renovations but it seems to have only been applied to the King bedrooms. The bathrooms were stained on the shower walls (it was plaster instead of stone) as well as the door. They probably could replace the carpet as my first room smelled and the other (although improved) wasn’t much better. The elevator can be improved as well. I think once these things are improved it’ll be a great place to stay!

The place is falling apart. I couldn't sleep last night because I did't feel safe, I can't lock the door to the balcony of the room. When I got in late last night they put me in a different room after I complained and it was literally even worse. The door to the balcony also didn't lock. The balcony was even smaller. Somebody could easily climb up there and the door to the room itself was broken. I'm supposed to have a two-night stay here but I'm going to have to check out and find a different hotel.

Contrary to recent reviews, this is a highly decent place to stay in Roseville, and far from the rip-off suggested by some reviewers. This Courtyard, though a little on the older side, is well-maintained and in the process of cosmetic renovations. Front desk service was mostly courteous, polite, and helpful. Ditto housekeeping, who do an amazing job keeping the rooms impeccably fresh-smelling and clean. The rooms themselves were spacious and, again, met a high standard of cleanliness. Extremely disappointed with our stay at Courtyard Roseville. The room had a bad odor, and water was leaking directly from the bathroom ceiling. When checking out, no staff member addressed our concerns or attempted to make things right. Poor maintenance and nonexistent customer support—definitely below Marriott standards.
