Broken lamp, like visibly in pieces. Front desk staff was in bar, sitting with patrons while we waited more than once. She was very nice and efficient once she noticed us, but not a professional experience. Room was outdated, saggy bed. Large fans in hallway, obvious moisture issue. Just gross for what I paid. I won't stay there again.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay in the hotel room because there seemed to be a moldy AC/smell that prevented me from sleeping.
No microwave in the room. Ice is only on 2nd floor. Water pressure poor. Toilet does not completely flush. Probably, should rate lower but it is an otherwise nice hotel.
Didn’t have a microwave in my room… also the breakfast isn’t free, and the pool was out of order
