Rooms were ok. only issue was that the heat thermostat wasnt working and the room was too hot The Bistro had the usual issue. The hard working lady was a one-man- show and wait time times were long. On top there was a renovation in progress and hardly any space to sit down. Check-in was chaotic as well. they were simply understaffed. otherwise a nice hotel once the renovation has been completed.
The room was dirty. Dirty spots on comforters, desk chair, door, corners and floors. The bathroom shower had a huge crack in the wall that was patched but gross. The sink didn’t drain well and the toilet didn’t flush well. The beds were old and not comfortable. The refrigerator worked but was old and leaked water. Very disappointing stay. Pool and spa were closed. TV in all rooms were not working. Shower didn't work. Ice machines weren't working on any floor. We were here for the Colorado State Dart Tournament and told we were not allowed to bring any alcohol up to the rooms. Lobby ceiling was leaking and looked like it was ready to cave in at any minute. the ice machine on every floor was out of order and the pool was closed all week. the rooms are what you'd expect.
They had an issue with the wi fi. Hopefully they got the fixed and the hole in the ceiling in lobby. That looked bad.
