Hotel is horrible dated and understaffed. Not one of Marriotts better properties.
This is the second time I have stayed here and it was equally disappointing. Did not realize it was the same place we stayed last fall until we arrived. Smoke detector in room was going off for five hours before they fixed it. Last time there was no hot water. Last time there was no hot water. They are renovating but should really scrape this place and start over
$8k in firefighting gear from a volunteer was stolen this morning and the front desk response… “we have to contact corporate to see the security footage” unacceptable marriott make this right. the gas station across the street has a security setup and a whole system but this fancy place cant do that? Nice Courtyard. Adjacent to the Pueblo Convention center. Friendly staff. Rooms up to date with full USB outlets. Big screen TV. Restaurant and bar combined. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Parking is limited next to the hotel so needed to park across the street in an overflow lot.
