Excellent job Marriott! That was the second Marriot I stayed at in the past 3 weeks. Incredible guest focused, welcoming. Clean rooms and lobby. I love Marriott, they know service!

Terrible experience, don't waste your money here. Stayed for 5 days over the Labor Day weekend. Had room cleaning and fresh towel change only once for the 5 days. Missed 3 days of showers I wanted to take. Called housekeeping and front desk many times, and went to the front desk to speak in person. The only answer we got every time is "you're on the list". Beds and Bathrooms are alright, does the job for a short 1 to 2 night stay, but otherwise the experience gets south real fast. Also don't bother trying to use their restrooms the following day if you switch properties during your time in Providence, they treat you like you're nobody, yeah it's business and rules, but sometimes they need to think about guests choosing their property again. If a guest was treated right, they will earn a return customer, they lost me this time.

This location was better than I expected. The 4 story mall was across the street. Restaurants & the train station were super close. I went during the water fire festival which was beautiful. The room I had was on the fourth floor. It was clean, nice shower & large smart tv. Street noise was to be expected. I always bring a sound machine for sleep so it didn’t bother me. I used Uber while I was there. I would definitely stay here if I ever visit Providence again.
