First I’d like to state this is my second time staying at this hotel- I do have Marriot status and tend to spend 70-100 nights on the road a year (so I am titanium). This might be one of the worst Marriot experiences I’ve dealt with. They put me on the second floor so all I heard all night was cars and bikes drag racing- all night. I was there for work. Hotel is nice. Rooms are bit dated. Location is near many restaurants and activities downtown. Track 15 is like a fancy mall food court and you can access it by a stairway in the front parking lot or the parking garage beneath the hotel.
This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed. First of all the receptionists seem like they hate the job and the people. Not helpful, lazy, upset of being there and after checking in they almost throw my keys. The room also smelled terrible the first day. No room service during my 4 days of stay even though I asked for it. Also, during my last day at 8 am, the cleaning staff started asking me if Ai was leaving already. Please, just pay some dollars more and go to any other hotel.
Highly recommend this fully renovated Courtyard. Friendly staff and well maintained rooms.
