If you find this on Airbnb, do not book! Especially if you have a pet. On Airbnb, their listing is not up-to-date and will say that there is a pet fee of $40 one time. When you get to the hotel, they will charge you $70. I wouldn’t pay the difference. It’s been three days and I haven’t gotten my money from Airbnb or the hotel. The hotel also charge my card $50 randomly. Definitely a bait and switch tactic. Went to check in and they said Expedia oversold the room type and we had to have a different smaller room. We were tired so just went with it until we saw the room which had hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor which was never mopped and the sink. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and worked under this mgmt company. This hotel needs upgrades and much better housekeeping practices. Didn’t realize there was a $12 a day parking fee. That’s pretty exorbitant for the location, it’s not like this is downtown or anything. There was a dead cockroach in our room when we got there, otherwise our stay was fine.

Nasty and the worse room service ever! The room service is available only on Sundays! After waiting three days we finally got the room service which was the worse room service. The bathroom and the floors were not vacuumed, neither the trash was cleaned properly, half of the trash was still spread in the floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
