I have stayed at this location many times for business, as my husband and I both work traveling jobs, and I’ve never encountered an issue until today. When I called the hotel to be transferred to my husband’s room giving her his name and room number, the front desk receptionist, Rebecca, informed me that due to “corporate policy,” they are unable to transfer calls to guest rooms for privacy reasons.
