Great hotel. 100% recommeded
The place is clean, however, "routine" water maintenance from noon-4pm with a newborn and 3 kids is absolutely unexceptable. They shut off the water for 4 hrs so no one can use the restroom, wash their hands, or anything for 4 whole hours. They did not even tell you before booking. If you have to do water maintenance, it needs to be at night while everyone is asleep, Not during the entire day.
DO NOT STAY HERE! I ironed and steamed my clothes for work in the morning. 1hr later I receive a $500 “smoke free environment” fee. Went down to address it with front desk and manager. Neither one of them could care less about resolving it. Called the ambassador line and they attempted to contact the hotel. Called over 10 times and they refused to answer the phone for them. GM has been contacted by ambassador line. My colleague and I both checked out immediately and went to another property.
Charge for outdoor parking. $6 coffee. Didn't give me my profile location for room. No recognition of Marriott status.
