BEWARE!!! Place is a scam!! They have no specific signs that say no smoking on the balcony! They have signs on every lobby door that say no smoking but has a cigarette ash tray outside of every door, which people assume no smoking inside of the building. I was charged $250 for a smoking charge, because I smoked on the balcony one night. They asked and I told the truth that I did. Hotel looks lovely from outside, inside it’s a bit old, we had the suite and it’s ok, could be a bit nicer, it was nice that parking was free, quite close to Sesame Place. I had 3 requests and all 3 they couldn’t accommodate.
Rooms need to be updated. The restaurant and lobby area smelled like cleaning chemicals/bleach.
