Staff was not helpful nor pleasant to speak with. Not welcoming, very cold and alot of attitude. Scoffed at me like I was dumb when i inquired about a shuttle to sesame place, when the website stated there was one available to guests. A big reason we decided to book with this location. Room was not well maintained, AC was broken kept shutting off throughout the night making sleep uncomfortable. The AC was leaking, Alot. Great little touch down hotel for working out of town.
Had reservations for 8/16 to 8/19, on the way to the hotel our son had a medial emergency at a rest stop in Ohio, we couldn’t make the trip. I called and talk to the Sesame Street reservation line (10:24 am) and they attempted to help us change or cancel the reservation for a refund and the Manager Mr. Patel told them no, we were within the 72 hours. The hotel was good & 10 min drive from Sesame Place. The room was clean. The staff is friendly & kind. The only thing I didn't like was the shower curtain it was a bit short so everytime I shower there would be a puddle outside the shower.
